What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the details you enter at checkout: full name, phone number, delivery address, city, and optionally your email address, apartment/house details, postal code, and order notes. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect a password.
Your bag, before checkout
Items you add to your bag are stored only in your own browser (using local storage), not on our servers, until you actually submit an order at checkout. Clearing your browser data will clear your bag.
Payment
We currently offer Cash on Delivery only. We do not collect or process any card, bank, or other payment credential information through this website.
How order information is used
Your order details are used to fulfil and deliver your order, and to contact you about it if needed. If you provide an email address, it is included in the internal notification our team receives about your order — we do not currently send you automated marketing emails.
Where information is stored
Order information is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database provided by Supabase. The website itself is hosted on Vercel. Where an order notification email is sent, it is delivered via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the store; we do not sell your information to anyone.
Tracking and advertising
We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How long we keep order data
We retain order records to manage fulfilment, customer support, and our own business records. We do not currently have an automated deletion schedule.
